Pan grilled sausage with garlic

We use the highest quality pork cushion meats, spices and liquor to mix and grind this delicious savory product. No fillers and no synthetic casings, only natural hog casings. That is why when you bite into our sausages you get that “snap” and juicy taste.
This sausage is best paired with sliced garlic, added to sticky rice, regular fried rice, or Zongzi.  There are many different ways to enjoy Taiwan sausage!
