Relocating to a state-of-the-art facility in Garland, TX, Weiyee expanded its production capacity as they continue growing their partnerships and delivering delicious Taiwanese foods to the USA.
Our Birth
The founder of Weiyee Foods, Mr. Tommy Yeh’s application for federal grant with USDA was approved and thereforth Weiyee Foods was recognized as EST 13313. All our products adhere to the strictest USDA guidelines and pass all manufacturing and processing protocols before we can sell to the consumer therefore our products are held to the highest standards and quality.
Introducing the Taiwan meatball
Weiyee introduced the now famous Taiwan meatball into the market. After many attempts to get the recipe right, the meatball was finally perfected and started selling in local markets in Texas then expanded nationwide. All customers who have tasted our meatballs say they taste just like back home from street vendors and even better quality and taste. Continued Growth
Weiyee moved to a new groundbreaking facility in Garland, TX to expand production. Half a year was spent to remodel and totally renovate this space to become a USDA approved facility.
Quality Recognition
Weiyee Foods received an award of certificate in food excellence for never having a positive test result from testing our products in labs. Our products are tested monthly for Listeria and Salmonella and never have we had a lot recalled or held due to a positive test. This goes to show the care and quality control we put into all our products
