The most popular use of our meatball is to add to a Hot Pot (Huo Guo) gathering.  Stick skewers into the meatballs or just grab them straight from the pot.

Another use is when you stew meats in a clay pot, you can add our meatballs into the stew as well, try cutting the meatballs in half so the stew flavors soak into the meatballs.
